Get your roles assigned.
Before each round you will be assigned a role of interviewee or interviewer.
Each round lasts around 7 minutes and each session consists of 4 rounds, so it takes around 30 minutes to complete.
You will be given a question on the topic of your choice. Some of our most popular topics are Web Development or Online Marketing.
Depending on your role, ask or listen to the question carefully.
If you are the interviewee, answer the question the best you can and give examples from past experience. If you are the interviewer, ask some follow up questions.
Rate each other.
Both participants rate each other on different categories. Depending on your role, you will rate your peer's answer or interviewing skills.
We will use this to send you feedback and tips on how to improve after the session!
- Practice your answers to job-relevant questions.
You’ll practice your interviewing skills in a live video interview - just like you’ll have to do for a real job interview. You’ll get more comfortable with modern hiring.
- Put yourself in the shoes of the interviewer.
The best way to do better in interviews is to put yourself in the position of the interviewer. You’ll see how your peers answer common questions and improve your own responses.
- Get feedback on your interview skills.
You will be evaluated by your peers based on clear criteria like accuracy, communication style and completeness of your answers.
